The purpose and goal of this site is to provide a mildly egotistical repository for things I create or care about, but perhaps most importantly, to finally answer you've undoubtedly been asking yourself.
Who is Joey Manso?
Man? Myth? Legend? Yes. I am a software engineer, defined in the dictionary as a creator and destroyer of worlds. Some people claim that engineers have God complexes. Those people are not engineers. My career of choice to apply this immense power has been to create games, not only because I get to work next to an Xbox in my underwear pajamas jeans, but because it provides some of the most interesting challenges.
In my time away from my work computer, I try to stay near my home computer to avoid favoritism, tackling various side projects. Outside of coding, I try to play as many games as I can, often struggling with the favorable dilemma of having too many quality titles to choose from. Exceptional stand-outs may warrant a post or two up here.
